D.E.M FZE manufactures all types of coils for motors, AC and DC generators, traction electric motors, wave- and diamond-shaped armature coils for DC machines, as well as stator coils for voltage up to 18 kV and stator bars for electric motors, AC and DC generators.

We also offer a repair kit for quick and easy coils placing. It can include: wedges and spacers, insulation and protection materials, thermal sensors, wire for circuit assembly, lead ends, solder, and bonding cords.

Stator coil windings

Based on your order, we produce all kinds of coils for stator windings of AC motors and generators, traction electric motors, armature and wave coils, stator coils for the electric motors up to 18 kV.

Stator Bars

Long-term, efficient operation of electric motors is ensured by regular checking of their condition. Our company manufactures stator rods using modern technologies, which guarantees trouble-free operation of electric motors at maximum loads.

Armature Coils

Our company will supply spare parts for electrical machines of any model. Highly qualified people use innovative techniques, modern equipment to manufacture various types of armature coils.

Winding kit

Any customer can benefit from a pre-prepared winding kit from D.M.E. FZE when installing coils. By using the winding kit, your specialists will be able to cope with the task at hand quickly, and the result will allow your company to be confident in trouble-free operation during the entire service life.

DC motor commutatots

The D.E.M FZE plant will produce commutators for DC electric motors of domestic and foreign assembly in a high-quality and timely manner. Our engineers have at their disposal an extensive database of more than 100,000 types of electric motors from different manufacturers. We can also make a commutator according to your drawing or sample, if your model is not found in the current database.

Coils with flattened lead ends

The new type of section is necessary for small collectors of traction machines where conventional sections will not fit due to the lead ends. Each armature section has four elemental sections arranged flat in the groove and consisting of a single copper conductor.

Main and additional pole coils (poles in assembly)

Pole coils are used in DC machines and synchronous equipment. We have all the means to manufacture and supply pole coils for various types of electric machines according to our own drawings, customer's requests, or samples. We have an extensive database of project documentation.

Stator/rotor cores (active iron)

D.E.M FZE manufactures and sells active iron packages for stators of asynchronous electric motors intended for various models of operational or backup systems.

Insulating materials

The lifetime, reliability and functionality of rotating electric machines are fundamentally impacted by the quality of their insulation systems. This aligns perfectly with the excellent properties of natural mica.

Resin Rich System (including coils up to 18 kV)
The Resin Rich insulation system is compatible with motors and generators up to 18 kV. It is designed to resist severe environmental conditions due to its outstanding mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.

Insulation System for Low-Voltage Coils (up to 1 kV)
This system is designed for motors and generators with operational voltages up to 1 kV. It is used in case when no insulation tape can be used in order to ensure the insulation strength of coils.

VPI (up to 10 kV)
The Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system has excellent mechanical and dielectrical properties.
